Argenteum looks after a small number of households each season, by introduction. One named lead handles the full circuit for your principal: the jet, the estate, the yacht and everything in between. One call to say they are coming. One invoice when they leave.

For planners

They land in Cape Town. They wake up at home.

Their coffee made the way they like it. From the linen to their preferred vintage, down to how many twists they give the salt grinder, everything is waiting before they arrive. You brief us once, and it is there. Your principal never needs to be named.

Arrival

Private aviation coordinated with leading operators. Your principal is met on the apron, driven direct and settled in before the city knows they are here.

Residence

Villas, penthouses and suites chosen for privacy as much as the view, prepared to the household's preferences. Private chefs at home, and the tables that are never available.

The winelands

Private tastings and stays on the estates of Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Constantia. Through the Argenteum Cellar, library vintages kept in Cape Town and favourite wines shipped home.

On the water

Berthing support, provisioning, technical help and crew needs at the V&A Waterfront, coordinated with the yacht agent and the right local specialists.

Protection

Where security matters, we work with registered, vetted private protection firms and brief them on the itinerary, so they move with your principal quietly.

Security details, nannies, assistants, crew and household staff, looked after as carefully as the principal they travel with.

The process

How a stay comes together.

You make one call to say they are coming. From that moment, one named lead carries every detail, and you are never left chasing.

  1. The introduction

    Every household reaches us through someone you already trust: a client, a partner or a colleague.

  2. The Planner Briefing

    Twenty minutes with you covers every preference. Your principal is given a codename and never needs to be named.

  3. The proposal

    The whole stay across aviation, estates, yachts, transport, protection and dining, with a planned alternative for every element.

  4. The Recce

    We check the stay in person before they arrive, then send you a pre-arrival dossier with photographs and timings.

  5. The stay

    One named lead coordinates every partner and sends you the Daily Briefing, on your channel and at your cadence.

  6. Wheels-up

    Within 48 hours you receive the Wheels-Up Report and one consolidated invoice. New preferences are kept for next time.

You always deal with a named lead, never a chat window. Behind every lead, our own systems track every flight, booking, change of weather and preference, so nothing is forgotten. A private portal for the itinerary and dossier is available by invitation, and never public.

The call every captain and concierge makes first. Visiting yachts, villas and estates need trusted people who answer the phone and do the job properly. The Bench is a small network of vetted Cape Town businesses, with Argenteum standing behind every introduction.

We are inviting a small number of Cape Town businesses to join the Bench as founding partners this season, at no cost. You keep your name and your relationships. We bring you vetted work from visiting yachts, private residences and wine estates, briefed and confirmed through a private partner portal.

Agents know their yachts. We know Cape Town. We work with yacht agents, never around them, so captains and crew get local answers fast.

Discretion
Our guests are never our marketing.

Codenames, always. Partners learn only what they need to know. We do not publish client names, itineraries or images, and we never discuss one household with another. The preference ledger belongs to the household and is deleted completely on request. Personal information is handled in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act.
